At Virtulink, we have developed a process consulting methodology we call "procedure thin-slicing.” During this process, we review a set of service delivery systems, break them down, and review each part of the process: the individuals involved, the information shared, in what medium the information flows, and the overall impact of gathering and disseminating this information.
